I don't want to sound like an arse, but I just can't my mind around demon forces in 40k.
I do like the models, and I am fully aware what a GD can do to a tank.
I would like to know, how well a demon force does.

Chaos has always had Daemons, now it's just a separate army from Chaos Marines. They've always been around.
A Daemon army is very random, very fun, but ultimately hampered by the inherent risk built into the army.
Yes, I know full well demons have always been in 40k ( also remeber beastmen too ).
Had an opponent, which relied on a Bloodthrister of anti-tank role, in his CSM force.
So, you say they are a "very fun" list? Well, I guess I need to keep my mind open a bit more...
Well they sure aren't reliable, considering the whole army deep strikes and you're never sure which half of your army will deploy first
But that adds to the chaotic nature of the army, nothing more fun than seeing a soulgrinder appear just next to that enemy sqaud on the objectieve and then unleashing it's full firepower.
