In my ongoing attempt to have a completely converted daemon army, I'm making a herald of tzeentch on a chariot. However I have no idea what to use for a herald of tzeentch. My local GW doesnt seem to have any herald models, so does anyone have any suggestions? (note I reall dont want to use the GW horror models for anything if I can help it, I hate those models)
"Herald" models don't exist. Heralds are essentially the lesser daemon of the same god
So a Herald of Tzeentch is a Pink Horror (And is modeled as such in the Daemon Fantasy book) etc.
In the end its up to you though, i would suggest looking through fantasy if you are looking for specific models (Warriors of Chaos have Champions of Tzeentch)
Thanks I just looked at the tzeentch warriors of choas fantasy champion and he should work perfectly. He even looks like a daemon already.
If your asking how to build one do a google image search and one should come up on the OZ Games Workshop. it shows what you need and how to build it.
Thanks but I've already build the chariot I just need something to put on top of it
Have you had a look at the old GW Pink Horros? That is what I have used for mine.
Otherwise, I have seen a lot of people use the GW Chaos Sorcerer (the robed, horned one on his knees) and that one looks quite good.
But there is no official model and it doesn't look like there will be for a long time.
maybe use a dryad or converted crypt ghoul so it looks diffrent than your horrors but still looks tzeenchy
I'm going to use the Skaven model from the just recently OOP metal Screaming Bell. He's mainly covered in tattered robes so all I have to do is saw/file off his head and change his staff into something more 'Tzeentch-y'. Perhaps modify his tail as well to make it less rat-like. The Rest of the Bell will go towards Nurgle stuff - either add ons to CSM vehicles, the start of an Apocalypse Nurgle Plague Tower, or perhaps a Nurgle palanquin for dual use in CSM and Chaos Demons.
