So a guy locally goes by the name "Stelek" online just had his army finished up recently. I figured I would post a link for others to see. Its pretty impressive and gives great ideas for some cost effective conversions.

Yes The Truth Hurts: My Chaos Demons
I must admit I'm not all that wild about the Skateboard Chariots... The fiends look like a nice cheap alternative to the $20 metal ones though.
I saw those on the blog, they're very nice. It must be great to have someone like that available locally.

Wait, Fiends and not Blood crushers? Meh.
Fiends have Calvary movement, rending and Hit and run. They can do anything you want them to, hunt MEQs, swarms, and even tanks effectively. Plus with hit and and run and calvary they can get every where quickly by H&Ring from one combat to another
Crushers may be durable and beat down infantry units better, they still are slow and will take multiple turns to get into a combat and will be shot at a ton. Fiends should always be able to get into a combat at the first chance they get, just deep strike them behind some cover and on their next turn, send them in swinging. They take even less shooting if you put other units in front of them because they are the closer threat.
Crushers are good, Fiends are great
They're still only T4 with the basic daemonic invul save. Their weapon skill is also very average, with no way to reliably bypass armor (rending is very hit or miss).. sure, they might stomp some guard and tau, but they are lackluster against MEQ's. Especially considering how fragile they are.
And yes, crushers are slower, and it would matter if they had to run across the board... but they're DS'ing, so that really doesn't mean too much.
Don't bother explaining to moob the 5th edition noob. He plays another game of warhammer all together, one we all played 2 years ago possibly.
For everyone else. Fiends are way better then bloodcrushers. Who cares if you have a better save the things that will be shooting you will negate that save unless you are in cover and fiends and Bcs get the same cover save except fiends can travel up to 24 inches when they hide in cover, while bcs can move only up to 12. Fiends have tons of attacks which can dmg every unit in the game up to a land raider. The only unit that fiends struggle against are genestealers with their high init, but they can still do fine against them. BCs can struggle against walkers. Bcs will never catch fast units. Bloodcrushers need to DS extremely close to an enemy and hope for a perfect scatter. The only reason you would take BCs over fiends if you are using the fateweaver, which is a gimmick all its own.

Ahh, yes, I love the personal attacks from someone who has never played me. How exactly did you come to the conclusion that I'm a scrub? There are many valid ways to complete this sentence. The only reason you would take BCs over fiends...
And I'm curious. If fiends are so much better than blood crushers as you say, why did all the daemon lists at the Adepticon Invitational tournament (barring the all-Nurgle Epi list) have blood crushers and no fiends? Presumably, at least ONE of them, being battle-point qualifiers from GT's, would have figured it out by now if fiends really were all that.
Or maybe they're all "5th edition noobs", too.
