I was writing up an army list today and i really like slaanesh, most of my lists have a slaanesh theme.I digress,i wanted to include i unit i really wouldn't use normally.I started really looking at plague marines and started liking them more and more. But,the thing is,i don't want to be commanding a bunch of bougers,i still want to keep the slaanesh vib going. So i put a little twist on the entry, they still use the standard entry but gave it a different name and different fluff:
Ecstasy marines are the oldest living Emperor's children marines, they lived through the great crusades, the horus heresy, all the way until now.Along the way they have experienced all the ecstasies and pleasures of the known universe. They have tried all drugs, all sexual pleasures and all other things that envoke a emotional and physical response. After melennia of a life of constant ecstasy, these marines feel nothing now.No enjoyment of anything they do,not slaughter, sex,or drugs,or pain,or anything. The only thing that keeps them alive now is Slaanesh's will. But they are not agile like others that serve Slaanesh, they are much slower, after melennia of general ecstasy, their nerves are severely damaged. And they do not talk either, they only make sound when they are threated by a foe,at which point they let loose a terrible wail that breaks the enemies spirits as they build momentum as they charge.
Justifications for special rules
Feel no Pain(damaged nerves, don't feel anything)
Fearless(Noise Marines are anyway)
Blight Grenades(Sonic Wail)
I wouldn't mind playing against them like that, as long as they've been converted to look like marines who've done it all. Just remember to tell opponents what they are in game terms.
Create flames for a galaxy and it will be warm. Put a galaxy in flames and it will be warm for the rest of it's existence.
Agreed, I wouldn't care. Basically is like a SM player taking Calgar in there Bob the Builder chapter and giving him a dif name. Makes virtually no difference to me, so long as I was told what they are before the game/ before I decided to notice them..
It works--Noise Marines that are burned out or one step away from Spawndom. Of course, FNP could come from drug use alone.

i think the back story is more than enough... and yes, posted conversions would be appreciated
Great idea, I love it. Definatly works. And the same thing can be used for any of the other cult troops or non-slaneesh specific choices in the chaos list.
Zerkers would fit well with that kind of fluff: all other recptors to stimuls are burned out in the emperor's child but pleasure he gets from slaughter. They take combat drugs oto highten their combat skills (furious charge) and tend to loose themselves in an orgy of killing.
Thousand Sons would be interesting: meat-puppets (no its not a euphemism). The unit is lead by an Emeperors Children Sorcerer while the rest of the squad is made up of the remnents of the marines former debaucheries. Basically husks that have had their souls ripped out by the unspeakable things the marine has done to them (slow and perpousful). Because they are essentially not alive anymore they can soak up a lot of hits and not go down (invuln save).
Obliterators: uber-noise marines. Noise Marines who have take then next step and become one whith their belove (...) sonic weapons. So much so that their bodies have grown and twisted to incorperate numerous weapons, vox outlets and amps.
Have I given you some ideas? If you don't do it just may... lol
Thanks guys,i like the positive feedback.I figured everyone in the forums would get a kick out of the kinka secks and futuristic weed.I regret to inform you all though that this is just an idea, although now i might start this as a little project of mine,i need a little something extra to do.Thanks again everyone
that would fit my Deathguard Noise marine models
Though their fluff was that they have gone so numb from the rotting/mutations of nurgle, that they started using sonic blasters to have some sensation of firing a gun.
though in tourney's, they're just funky looking noise marines.
