Welcome to Librarium Online!
So the first week of the Campaign has seen us fly to the top! And we did this for the main part without a Warmaster! so congratulations guys! - Unfortunatly due to the nature of us not having said commander we were unable to use some of the goodies that Process and Lost Nemesis have been talking about. Luckily due to the nature of the how this campaign is running we are able to look into their threads and obtain this highly useful information for future games.
Whilst sneaking around the forum i have taken the liberty of gaining as much information about last weeks exploits and will be updating this thread as the campaign progresses with the information from the other factions! - If your going to talk tactics do it in PM! silly enemies.
As of yet no word from anyone yet they have managed to get themselves into X position which makes me think that maybe there's some foul play going on..
Dark Eldar: Leader is Svalene.
“Right so that's the main objectives for the campaign and the 4 special orders i can give the people. At the moment i don't think process has gotten all of our results so i don't know how far along we are yet until she updates the spy report...But our main priorities are definitely Territory 10 and 1, but battles in 2, 3 and 9 are fine too, all of these are controlled mostly by one faction, but since everybody has a foothold in every other region, even thought territory 10 is the ork's home region, you can fight any other army and still gain territory control points, so it's fairly easy to progress. If you lose a battle agaisnt another lo player as defender, you should try to win back the territory control points we lost in the same region.”
That is quoted directly from her so:
She's stated that her main priorities are our Territory (1) and the Orks who are Territory (10).
This is something we should pay particular attention to.
Eldar: Leader is Ericismyname.
Turns out that these guys are using the PM trick to keep all their information quite. Much like all Eldar. But by the looks of things they have not focused attack on any particular point and have rather spread out.
Imperial Guard: Leader is Kevin Vanrooyan.
“Please contact me if you are going to play a game for the Aurora prime campaign. I have tried contacting over half a dozen people an was only able to get about 2 orders out last week.*
The orders will not change the game an if you're reporting your results for the campaign there is absolutely no reason not to gain an advantage with the orders. “
Looks like the Imperial Guard with their Daemon Hunters and Sisters aren't managing to do anything productive, they came 9th overall in week one.
Necrons: Leader is Alzer
It seemed that they were also keeping things quite via PM. However by looking at the weekly report we can see that someone has successfully used the special region attack goodie to take the shipping lanes.
However, Svalene of the Dark Eldar had this to say:
“And about the special area attack order, if you have a necron opponent you are fairly confident you can beat (but i think it needs to be an lo vs lo battle...) you can pm me and i'll send you the order to take the shipping lanes, or at worst i'll do it myself against alzer on vassal. “
Which means that they have also seen this (well im guessing everyone has were not stupid!)
Alzer has also had this to say last night:
“Alright tomb, as of week one we are (currently) looking pretty good, but keep up the hard work! Attacking games, stay on Eldar, stronger presence the better. If one or two of you could PM me I have special orders to hand out, they're shiny and smell nice if you want them!”
Nothing to worry about here... If they are attacking the Eldar then thats our contenders being dealt with.
It seems the Orks have thrown all their attacks at us. They have also managed to whittle us down to a Weak Position which is really weird ¬_¬. alas we may have to come up with a defensive plan? Or maybe just do the exact same to them?
Space Marines: Leader is Stunted_Merc
Although Merc is trying his best to get these guys to listen, apperently he suffered a set-back this week which didnt allow him to carry out his well thought out plans.
Seems that the person who he gave the special region attack order this week didnt get to play their game and was thus unable to gain the upper hand.
It seems that this was an attack on the Shipping Lanes since it was now popped up on the Spy report.
Apart from that there is little information on the Space Marines thread.
Tau Empire: Leader is AussieDave
“I need as many people as can possibly fight battles to get out there and organize a fight against Imperial Guard (this will be a good excuse to play the new army), Dark Eldar and Orks”
they haven't even made a scratch on the surface of what they were attacking according to the spy report.
Tyranids: as far as i'm aware there is no commander (Leaderless)
are last in the campaign and thus not worth doing anything about for the meen-time.
Being a spy is awesome!
So from this information and looking into the spy report we can probably come up with an awesome game plan. I still think that obtaining each others real Emails or MSN may be the best way to co-ordinating this attack!
What are your thoughts?
Yup Im all for secret communicating. Can we create a Social group or something?
From my POV PMs are best as I can check that more often than my own email at work.
The Daemons dont seem to have any players let alone a leader from reading their thread.
Currently play: 4000+ of Black Legion
So with the Orks seemingly waging all out war on us, I shall battle against the Ork players in my region (which is abundant). The question now is, do we want me to defend or attack them?
I'm heading to the local game store thursday, I'll see if I can bag some greenskins while I'm down there. Hey, if I beat the tar out of one of them.. then get them to sign up... does that count as beating an LO member?
it does Tribesmen yes, if a little underhanded, that would count as an LO vs LO member.
