So, tell me... How would this do as an IW Deamon Prince?
Also, for anyone who plays war-machine... What is the scale on this model... Is it too small to be a DP?

That is an AWESOME miniature that would make the best Tzeench sorcerer/chaos lord ever!
As for an Iron Warriors Daemon Prince, it's too small. The base it's on is only a bit bigger than a small GW base. Still, don't let that stop you, make it a IW Chaos Lord with MoT, flying (disk of Tzeench) and warptime+doombolt. A fast, shooty, tough unit that will destroy your enemies!!
I have no clue about size, but if its as big as I think it is, it should do nicely as long as the base is the right size. However my personal taste for Iron warriors is less pychic more guns/jumpacks and Iron. But in terms of a DP It would look very good I think but I feel the soul's flying around are a bit dramatic, but then again, All of 40K is dramatic
Iron Warriors 13th Grand Company/ Order of the Argent Shroud/ Necrons of the planet XOS/ Hive fleet Ijsdier
Warmachine does have some good models, but really, nothing I would consider for anything over a Dreadnaught or Defiler. As for IW DP specificlly, I agree, its too "Mystical" and... well, thin. IWs are all about Siege Warfare. Their armor is usually studded, reenforced, with a general sturdier feeling, and he's thin and wraith-like. I would say he's an AWESOME Tzeentch Sorceror, or maybe a Necron C'tan, but for IW, he doesn't really fit.
LOL That might actually work
Though I thank you for the rep, I did not create this model, unfortunately. And I've been unable to locate a creative guide, though I haven't looked too hard, it's a rather old picture. It's from the gallery of a guy who was part of a gaming club, one year a few years back they did a "Black Crusade" and each brought a separate Traitor Legion to Games Day Golden Demon and Tournament. Anybody ever seen the Black legion guys with the purple skin and the Defiler made from a Land Speeder? Same club.
Anyway, my best guess for this model is thus -
Defiler Legs with the scythe blades that protude scraped off
Ork Powerklaws for the arms
I'm not sure about the tail, though I bet someone here might - could it be the tail of a Dark Eldar Talos or something?
And here is a link to the website gallery, and the rest of the club's website - enjoy!

I think those legs might be off of a tomb spider... too small for a defiler.
Might be defiler legs. The legs get more width from the shield segments put over them. The curve and the hydraulics do look very defiler-ish. Frontal claws, look like Nob PowerKlaws, or maybe even Ghazghull or Yarrik's power klaw. Body looks like an obliterator torso, with a terminator head. Lots of green stuffing.
The wires are more green stuff, I think. Tail does look like a talos.
I'm wagering, thats a defiler main body behind, with a talos tail attached, and green stuffed over to look better. Prolly pinned.
The arms are attached similarly, I'd wager, with green stuff muscle over them to blend in with the 'flesh wrap' of the obliterator torso section. The legs are prolly the bare defiler legs, attached in the usual spots, although how he got the last two on, I'm not sure of since the Defiler only has 4 attachment slots for small arms. I can't get a good look at the body though.
