What does a lash army list consist of? I know that it uses DP but that about it. I am interested because i love the concept of mind control.

The typical Lash list will consist of 1 or 2 Lash princes + some Oblits and/or Vindicators or Defilers. Basically, you group up your enemies and then drop lots of templates on them.
40k 2009 - Chaos Marines 8-2
As has been said above, Lash HQ's and then as many templates as possible. Bunch em up and knock em down.
The lash also complements assault troops well, allowing you to more effectively pick and choose your targets, get them in range, keep counter assaults out etc, thus a couple of khorne berserker squads fit the bill nicely, with the added benefit that they are troops choices and thus can capture and hold objectives. This should not be underestimated especially as the lash itself adds to the manoeuvrability of such squads, and the removal of obstacles.
Hope this helps.
Thanks that does help +REP. DO the DP have to have a specific mark such as MoS or just any Dp in general can use it?
Slaneesh only I'm afraid. Each mark (bar khorne) has it's own specific power, slaneesh's being the lash of torment.
