I was considering buying the blight drone from forgeworld to use as my winged daemon prince of nurgle. Should it look any more humanoid than that or does it not matter?
I would think that It needed some close combat weapon attacthed to it

Shoot, if someone near me went to that much trouble, I'd certainly allow it. It's close combat attack could be chucking bombs out a window or something. Best of luck!
Personally I think you would need to make it a bit more humanoid, it just strikes me as too mechanical to be a daemon prince, but that's just my personal preference.
Thanks for the replies! It is indeed a great model. I'm not a massive fan of the nurgle DP that GW have released, and can't help but think it'd look especially clumsy with wings. Keep a look out in the ToP and you'll probably see it.

I knew someone would say that! It should look mechanical yes, but I'd imagine it being more mechanical around the base of an overgrown space marine, maybe some robotic arms, or it's insides having been replaced with machinery, not just *voip*ed into a flying vehicle with no limbs or face.
But like I said, thats just my two cents.
So is it more the limbs and face (or lack of) that is the issue? I'm thinking I might graft on a shrivled pair of legs and/or arms, something like that, If I can find a model to take them off of...
