Hello! I`m building a 1000 point Khornate army with the usual things included. Herald, bloodcrushers, bloodletters and a DP. And it includes 8 furies. The main reason for this is because I already have the models, and I think they make great "confusion-troops", with decent stats and being jump troops.
Does anybody have any feelings towards the furies, or against them?
I dont see many furies out there at all, so I`m thinking there`s a reason to it?
What role is players using them for?
No one uses them, they are the worse unit in the codex.
The only thing they have is jump which doesn't matter since they Deep strike, and they're basically IG with S4 in combat
not worth it... ever
It's odd how between the 40k Demons and Fantasy Demons, the crap units are amazing and visa versa. Mostly applies to the special characters too.
Yeah Furies suck though.
hmmm.. well, there I got my reasons..
So I should rather go for more bloodletters or flesh hounds then?
my bloodthirsty daemonhorde will use their feet, hooves and claws. But then again, DS`ing does help with that slogging...
I'd just spam Bloodletters, better odds at getting stuck in.
