    Blessing of the bLood god

I was thinkiing about the rules of blessing of the blood god and how its stated and it made me wonder if this would work

i believe blessing of the blood god says the deamon gets a "better" save against wounds caused by psychic powers and for weapons.

if in fact thats the way its stated (dont have codex here) could i get the better save agianst the rerolled wounds caused by doom?

Doom does not directly cause the wounds, but it allows for the rerolls, which in turn means that doom caused the reroll wounds.

Does it make sense and does it work?

    No

The wounds are from the guns them selves, and not a psychic power

Nope, it's only for psychic attacks that actually do damage. So you get the 2+ against force weapons, Mind War, Doombolt, Jaws, and the like but not wounds assisted by Doom.

I'd argue that you can't save against Jaws, as it doesn't cause wounds. Same with the chaos power that's like boon.
