Recently bought the Warhammer 40k Apocalypse book and was hoping to field an entire Chaos daemon apocalypse force. Unfortunately they don't seem to have a section solely on chaos daemons and I wanted to know how they would play as the rules aren't particularly clear. I assume that everything enters via the Daemon assault rule like a normal 40k game, but I am not 100% on that. Also was looking through the Imperial armour apocalypse book at the rules for the greater daemons. A couple of them have psychic attacks but I don't seem to be able to find any rules or stats for these attacks, does anyone have anymore information, or know when i can get it?
These have probably all been covered in a previous post, but I can't find it. Probably not looking hard enough.
The Apoc book was written before Daemons were released. You'll have to buy Apoc Reloaded to get the Apoc entries for Daemons
I run an almost pure Chaos Daemons Apocalypse Army.. even though my super heavies are Chaos Space Marine allies - the tower of skulls IS NOT A CSM choice IMHO
depending on the size of the game.. I've got about 12,000 points so far.. and I've sill got a few things to work on
Gargantuan Creatures are your friend for Daemons in Apocalypse
Imperial Armour & Imperial Armour II
The new IAII rules actually let you field the FW stuff as legal 40K
Current Army Status - Chaos - 15000 points, Orks (BadMoonz) - 3000 Points - Space Wolves - 4000 Points, Necrons - 2000 Points.
