Does the ability of the Masque work against the mega squads of orks? I know that they are fearless when in large numbers, but I do not think the Masque ability to move units around is negated by fearless, am I right?
Correct. There is no leadership type rule that stops them being moved.
Do target models take a pinning check from pavine? I can't remember. If so then the fearless ork large squad would autopass the test but still be moved around by the pavine.
Quorn! - Protein for the Protein God.
No, there is not pinning check from Pavane. It's a watered down version of lash, only moving the target d6 inches, and you also have to roll to hit them with it, as if it were a shooting attack.
The only advantages it has over Lash is that it isn't a psychic power, it's just a shooting attack, so abilities that protect against psychic powers wouldn't protect you from it, and it can affect walkers.
It's a fun power though, especially when you use it at the beginning of the shooting phase, to turn your opponent's walkers around, so their back armor is facing you. ^_^

Also remember the Pavane works against walkers. My favorite tactic is to "dance" a walker away from my shooters so they hit it's rear armour.
