Is there anyone who has made their own Blue Scribes model? I don't see one from Games Workshop. I assume you use two pink horrors, paint them blue and mount them to a Screamer model? I'm not sure. Same with the Seekers of Slaanish. What model do you use for them?
Blue Scribes doesn't have a model so you have to make it.
Seekers have an OOP model so it would be cheaper to convert it
When converting models, their is no real guideline to what you have to do. Just be realistic (have them on the right bases, etc)
for seekers i used wood elf horeses with no heads then choped a deamonnette just under the arse and wiv a bit of putty i all came together nicely
You could use a disc of Tzeentch from the Fantasy warriors or chaos lord of Tzeentch... then there are many options available, you could use 2 horrors glue them back to back and green stuff some parchments around them on the disk... you could also get some bird like small creatures on the disk with parchments or a big book... it could be a big book for the 2 horrors also, mainly make sure you have the horrors or bird like creatures painted with blue skin... other then that well you could always use your imagination, what could be nice thought would be to use horrors with green stuffed feathers... also if you are a hardcore green stuff pro you could simply build from scratch a bird like blob with 2 heads holding a book or something... since there aren't really any specs on the model...
I just recently made my own blue scribes and here is what I used.
Pink Horrors x 2
Disc of Tzeentch from the WH Fantasy Lord of Tzeentch.
The arcane books bitz that you can buy on the Games Workshop website.
A clear base from an Ork DeffKopta (although the base is slightly big for the model but whatever).
I've yet to add any parchments, but I'll prob just make it out of green stuff.
With all of that and a little paint/creativity it is easy to make your own version of Blue Scribes.
