Not many changes but the epidemius tally hitting 20+ affects shooting attacks too. Watch out for those plague marine bolters.
Kugaths weapon becomes heavy 1 but he has S&P USR anyway making him relentless.
Quorn! - Protein for the Protein God.
Not much of note really, but it's the thought that counts

The main change that I see is the hamstringing of the Blue ScribesL. The ability to choose what you shot at after you shot your first attack was really useful. Now they're a bit to random to be of use. We as before you could choose to bolt a tank, and then roll and have bolt avaliable again, now you're forced to choose another power, select the unit, roll to see if you can use the other power, and then shoot a bolt into it. Fits the fluff maybe, but makes them a hell of a lot less effective.
Looks like I'm rebasing my Blue Scribe model to a standard Herald with Chariot.
Yeah, the only big change (at least for me, as that was the way I always considered the Blue Scribes to play) was Epidemus affecting shooting attacks, making Chaos Daemons/Plague Marine teams a really mean one to face in team games.
