I understand the copyright disputes. Though as far as I know, it's not copyright violation if such material isn't posted for the public to be seen. Such as PMing, email, ect.
With that said, you're not allowed to talk and discuss such stats and abilities in codexes and expansions? Though everyone in this forum and many others talk about COPYRIGHTED stats and abilities on a minute to minute basis. Weird.
Anyways, my friend found what he was looking for through a torrent. =)
technically you are right, but... that only really applies to cover the website. sharing copyrighted material is a violation of the copyright. but a website is not liable for what 2 people share privately, and is liable if people share information publicly on their website.
Games workshop has a little history going after people for violation of its copyright(even when the material is no longer available from games workshop), so it is in the best interests of the website if it does not condone any violation of copyright.
There are conventions that Games workshop apparently allows, that does not include statistics or individual points costs. so while many people do talk about those things we walk a fine line.
Irregardless of what you may think, asking for copyrighted materials is against the forum rules. Forget GW IPs and all that, if the LO rules say no, then its a no.

How about a question about Zhufor...
He is a multi-attack character (more than 3 but less than 5...) and he is equipped with a power weapon and a neato powerfist/gun.
How many of those attacks are using the powerfist? One? Or as many as you want, as long as you don't count the charge bonus?
Anyways, what I'm getting at is that LO moderators such as yourself seem to pick and choose when to enforce that policy. I sincerely doubt more than 75% members of this website or of any website has read the policy.
My last post on this matter. Good day.
Strange, I couldn't find an entry for 'Boosh', but I did find one for 'Irregardless'...Regardless of what you may think, "irregardless" still isn't a word. Boosh.
From Merriam-Webster --
Main Entry: ir·re·gard·less
Etymology: probably blend of irrespective and regardless
Date: circa 1912
nonstandard : regardless
usage Irregardless originated in dialectal American speech in the early 20th century. Its fairly widespread use in speech called it to the attention of usage commentators as early as 1927. The most frequently repeated remark about it is that “there is no such word.” There is such a word, however. It is still used primarily in speech, although it can be found from time to time in edited prose. Its reputation has not risen over the years, and it is still a long way from general acceptance.
Anyway, would somebody please answer the 40K rules question in this post, please??????
To answer aeroplane's question. If he follows all regular rules in regards to his attack options I believe its one or the other. If he attacks with a powerfist its all his attacks with the powerfist. If he attacks with the power weapon its all the attacks with the power weapon.
