Welcome to Librarium Online!
Ok so I play with Dp of nurgles with wings in my army and I'm at the point where I don't know what to do for the Daemonic flight conversion... I had a few ideas here and there, I need your opinion.
1* choice : I'd go with 2 propellers in the back, taken from the deffkopta and doing like a mechanical one...
2* choice : it could be a simple reactor in the back , custom made to be like a plane reactor...
3* choice : same kind of pattern but with missiles in the back...
4* choice : traditional wings, no clue which one would fit best though... (thats where your imaginations come in action)
I'd definitely go with wings. Anything else will look a little ridiculous. However, I wouldn't use wings from an official GW model, because they're incredibly overpriced. Instead, I'd check toy bins and flea markets for a cheap toy with wings, and clip them off. Attach them with a little green stuff and you're good to go.

the dragon wings fit perfectly on the gw nurgle dp perfectly. the dp was designed so they fit.
McDonald's right now has How to train your Dragon figures in thier Happy Meals. Each figure (a dragon) comes with detachable wings you might want to check them out for conversions.
I also say wings. I made my own wings out of thin transparent plastic, making bug like wings. It looks rather good. Use gloss varnish to make the wings more dull and than use a fineliner to make veins along them. Realy cheap way to make them and they are also flexible (if you used the right plastic) so they won't break off.
I used the GW metal DP of nurgle and the wings from Gulivar from the LOTR range. You have to remove a section of gulivards upper arm from one of the wings by they fit well with a little green stuff to fill in the gaps. Pin them with decent sized rods.

I have 3 nurgle DP's, and for one of them I used a jetpack made out of the lascannon sponsoons for a predator. It looks pretty good and has gotten quite a few compliments. I wouldn't use propellors as I can see 'Nurgle bits' getting in and jamming them, so reactors or something would be much better that cannot be plugged by pus. That's what I think fluffwise, at least. If you want pics of the DP, I can take some
Signature? What, do I sign my name here or something?
Yes, I did deep-strike your sister...

I just finished my Nurgle prince conversion. I used a pair of zombie dragon wings that can be bought seperately from GW. Only had to file a small amount of metal from the models back and make fairly minor adjustments to the pipe/tube things sprouting from his shoulders. Of course it needed pinning and some green stuff, but looks great now. I did it before I put the arms and shoulder pipes on, don't know how easy it would be to convert a fully assembled model. The zombie dragon wings are a perfect size, didn't need any trimming and fit the model perfectly. I also put a Nurgling on the base. Only thing I'm not happy is the small base size, but that's what came with the model. It would have looked better with a bigger base, but that wouldn't technically be legal for the 5th edition rules and might make deep striking marginally more difficult. I'll see if I can take some photos over the weekend.
