I am thinking about maybe -MAYBE- starting a daemon army sometime in the future. Probably a small one, knowing my wallet.
You see, the new plastic bloodcrushers have got me drooling. I want to convert a box into heralds on juggernauts. I might use one juggernaut for a chariot.
And here's where my question comes. Would a herald of Khorne converted to have a weapon other than a sword go against the fluff?
I'm only asking because bloodletters only seem to carry swords. Even the mighty Skulltaker keeps his.
Thanks in advance,
Space Marines- The ultimate representation of 'Bros before Hoes'
fluff wise i see no problem, the former edition of bloodletters all had axes. Furthermore an axe is the prefered weapon of khorne, bloodthirster are described multiple times with axes of khorne etc. imo a hellblade could be any weapon with an edge...
agreed.. anyting that can effectivly spill blood.. any edged weapon would count as a hellblade.

Before you go all out heralds of khorne, try using them first. They are actually a smidge overpriced in my opinion. Skull taker is good though. Although sometimes he doesn't get his points back.
Eldar -APOC- 6500 Points
Chaos Daemons -Fate Crusher- 3500 Points
Grey knights - 1000 Points
Maybe next codex?
