After finally getting my awesome-looking Chaos army painted and assembled, I've tried it out in a couple friendly little 800-point battles against my buddy's Space Wolves, and every single time he beats me senseless and then crushes my balls with a Dreadnought Close Combat Weapon. I need a little guidance from my fellow Chaos devotees so that I stop humiliating the unholy names of Khorne and Slaanesh!
My main problem is dealing with his seemingly-unkillable Terminators. He runs Bjorn out there with 5x fully-kitted-out Wolf Guards, one of whom has a Cyclone, and then two tiny 5-man squads of Blood Claws, one led by Lukas and one by another Wolf Guard. Right now I'm running a vanilla force of 29 CSMs and a DP w/wings, which at this point in time is every model I have available to me. I've been deploying them 2x10 squads of troops w/Meltas and/or Plasmas, and then running the other 9 as either Chosen or Havocs and packing them in with a couple lascannons or meltas, but nothing has seemed to work so far.... he just runs his guys across the map, outshoots me with his TL Las, Storm Bolters, and Cyclone, and my chances of survival generally hinge on the small chance that I'll be able to decimate his Wolf Guards with one volley of Plasma/Melta fire before he charges in and cuts me to shreds. Charging in gets me killed sooner, and if I sit back he just bombards me with Cyclones until I start failing my leadership checks. I try to keep my DP back because he's one of the only guys that can do serious damage to Bjorn, but I'm never able to take out enough Wolf Guards to make assault anything other than a suicide charge.
So, while it's true that I probably just suck at this, I'd love to hear any feedback you guys might have on tactics/loadouts that might give me a little more staying power, or suggestions for new units that might give me more of a fighting chance. It's humiliating getting repeatedly tabled by a force half my size!
You'd rip him to bits with a defiler or dread in close combat, nothing except Bjorn could touch it (5-6 krak grenades just don't cut it against AV 12 walkers). Just need to deal with Bjorn's lascannon, you can battlecannon lucas easily enough.
In terms of slowing down the charge - lash of submission. He's got no psychic defense, nothing he can do to stop his models being punted into a corner or dragged into charge range of a defiler.
So you should be able to clean up that 800pt list pretty easily. The bad news is that it's not a very good SW list and he'll probably turn up with something rather more threatening once he loses with it.
Edit - of course if you only have a handful of models you are going to have problems with any of what I just wrote. The lash suggestion stands though.

Thanks A.T. for the help. I was thinking either Defiler of Oblits (the Plas Cannon seems like it would work wonders), but hadn't considered the Lash. You're right that I don't have many models at the moment, but I am not at all opposed to hitting the GW store and bringing home some reinforcements. I fully expect this to be an arms race that will take us up to 1500-2000 points over the next couple of months.
he is putting a lot of points into very few models, seems to me killing 1/3 of his points would be a priority, bjorn is harsh, but a melta or a lascannon should make him hurt, a squad of chosen, outflanking in a rhino, or infiltrated with 3-4 meltas should be able to take him out. or pick him off with a lascannon.
rhinos should be a focus for you, and a defiler could not hurt
I'm no veteran, but I would suggest grabbing some obliterators. Lascannon Bjorn to death, then plasma the terminators. or just take some devastators with plasma cannons to blast the termies; bye-bye missiles; bye-bye pretty much all of his points. Termies should be around 60 points each kitted out, and so that's around 300pts gone if they die.
As for Bjorn, I think it's something daft like 2.5% to wreck him with a lascannon shot, you really need meltas.
Are they kitted out with basic terminator gear or upgrades like wolf claws, frost axes and power fists?
Anyway, can't oblits use meltas?
Thanks guys. He runs the Wolf Guard with pretty much everything he can pack onto them in an 800-point game... They've all got Combi-meltas and Wolf Claws, plus the regular Storm Bolters and a Cyclone launcher that seems to rip me up way more than it probably should. The Guard definitely seems like points overkill, since my CSMs would have a hard enough time in cc against regular Terms, but factor in that all those guys are taking hits for Bjorn and it just seems like with my current setup there's no way I can keep that Dread from assaulting my battle lines and tearing me apart.
I've invested in a Defiler and a pair of Oblits to help out, so thanks for the info there. I hadn't considered using the Defiler Battle Cannon as a way of getting around Lukas' defenses, but that is a tactic I will find infinitely satisfying. Tonight is the last battle of our campaign (and the last one with my current setup, since I don't have time to get my new models glued together before then), but I'm not holding out a lot of hope. My plan is to basically pack my 2x10 squads with Lascannons and Meltas, draw him in (I'll go las for las with him if he wants to trade 60 points of Terminators for 15 points of Bolter Marines), and then swing in from the flank with a squad of pumped up Slaanesh Chosen carrying meltas and power weapons. It's probably a suicide charge, but with a little luck I'll hopefully cut down enough of his Wolf Guard to make it worthwhile to charge the Daemon into CC with Bjorn.
that list comes to just under 800 without upgrades to the terms besides the cyclone
Have you considered fielding a Chosen unit with 4 x Meltaguns? If you get the first turn, Infiltrate them and there's a good chance of popping Bjorn right there. Also keep in mind that if Bjorn is running around with just a TL Lascannon, he's only able to threaten one Marine per turn and thus you could easily just keep your distance by just moving away from him, rendering his close combat ability useless.
Giving your DP the Mark of Slaanesh and Lash of Submission is a good move, as it allows you to seriously reduce the effectiveness of his Wolf Guard squad.
