Deepstikeing Pinces and Bloodthirsters into ruins:
If i scatter with my bloodthirster and he lands on top on the little roof of a building that is not big enough for his base to stand on does he mishap even as this is not impassable?
Is there any way to cause mishap in difficult terrain/buildings at all?
My mate says "If it cant stand there and has to be moved, then...im afraid its a mishap, im sure of it"
Got a feeling my demons is gonna be headhunted in the opcoming Cities of Dead, and i wanna be prepared.
Thanks in advance

there is a huge vacuum in the rules in this place cause the rules state that if you cannot place the model then it is a mishap. Furthermore it says it is only a mishap if you land in IMPASSABLE terrain => now what if said terrain that makes your model unable to stand there is something like a tree in a wood or a low wall, we all agree that neither is impassable terrain and therefore cannot cause mishap but onl dangerous terrain test, BUT the rules says if you cannot place the model => does this mean is the model tips over or what? Same with a unit where you cannot complete the circle of troops due to a tree or a low wall, do they mishap? or do you balance your miniatures on top of it?
To avoid answering a question with a question i'll tell you what we do in my gamin area: if i isnt impassable terrain the is doesnt cause mishap and we place the model as close a possible to where it should land. When that is said and done a full wall without a door could be such, or a sheer rock face or a closed bunker etc. What i would recommend is going over with your opponent what is and what isnt impassable terrain before the game starts. Then all should be clear before any deepstrikes are made...
