I have a few questions to ask about the Rhino's Twin-link bolter and Havoc launcher.
1) I assume both have 45Deg line of sight?
2) Where must I position the Havoc launcher (since you have to measure distance from the weapon firing, as well as for LOS purposes posted above)?
3) Since the rulebook state WYSIWYG, I assume I must have Twin-link bolter and Havoc launcher on the Rhino?
The Rule Book states that you look to what the model can do for what is the sight line for the weapon. Both of these are turret weapons so can shoot 360 degrees.
Army's used: Space Wolves, Tomb Kings, High Elves, Tyranids, Tau and Eldar.
on the WYSISWYG yes you have to have those weapons (i'd sujest blue tacking them on or magnets so when they get blwon off you can remove them)
in some places and some people you play you can say that the rhino has them on withought them being their but depends on the shop and person
The art of war is simple enough. Find out where your enemy is. Get at him as soon as you can. Strike him as hard as you can, and keep moving.
They're pintle mounted so count like being on a turret, so it doesn't matter where you position them, most people I play aren't too fussed about wysiwyg, but magnets is a good idea.

Also note, WYSIWYG only applies to additions to the normal model. i.e. CSMs have bolter, bolt pistol and CCW, even if you model them with only a bolter, and vice versa a model with bolt pistol and chainsword can still fire his (invisible) bolter. But if you want a plasma gun, it needs to show WYSIWYG on the model.
Same could be said to apply to the Rhino, as they all have TL Bolters as standard. Upgrading to a combi-melta, WYSIWYG says you should show it visibly, and likewise for the Havoc, but the TL bolters would not be strictly required (but are so simple to model that it would be just lazy to leave them off ) Magnets ftw.
There are three types of people in this world -- those who can count, and those who cannot.
