I really like the csm terminators, since their models are awesome (personal opinion) and they have so many options so they SHOULD work.
The most common builts are either small DSing squads armed with combi-meltas to suicide-pop-tanks, or the Karmoon Special (4 combi-plasma and a HF). I have also seen the Abbaddon-build, which is 5 champions w/Mon or MoS, everyone with duals LCs DSing or into a LR, but I don't really think it's competitive.
So I came out with an idea, which I think that could work against GKs, Nids, BA, DA, BT, SM and so on.
DSing 10 Terminators full of combi-plasmaguns (against Nids I'd also take 2 HFs). Imagine rapid firing 20 plasma shots in the opponents face from a single squad!!! The result would probably be dead MCs, dead Paladins, dead Sanguinary Guards, dead Termies and, generally, dead things. And, as a dedicated to Khorne Chaos player, I like dead things. You know, blood, skulls of servants of the imperium and things like that.
I'd really like to hear your thoughts.

I don't have any issues with this build. The only issue you may run into is the large footprint of trying to get 10 terminators in there you want them from the deep strike. This problem can be overcome with use of a few icons. I would suggest using IoT on the unit to help them survive the next round of incoming fire that they will receive as Terminators tend to attract a lot of AP1&2 fire and a 5+ is not enough to save them and still maintain effectiveness.
I like Chaos Terminators, especially over the shooty-Loyalist versions because of our cheap-combibolters and ability to take Marks. The problem is that they look so scary they tend to be shot down far too quickly before they get into effective range, unless they take a Land Raider, which is far better used to transport Berzerkers.
Personally I prefer using them as ablative armour for Termy-lords. Depending on the enemy, MoN or MoT is good, which works well against massive amounts of shots or low AP weapons respectively. Stick Typhus or Abbadon in a group of 5 and deep-strike them, and let the Terminators take the brunt of the next round of firing. Barring bad Deepstriking, you should be able to get your troops into combat fast enough for Typhus/Abbadon to survive and deal out the hurt.
i think our terminators are awesome. i played a 3800 point list yesterday and got to use a unit i've always wanted to use: 10 terminators slogging with MoT and 2 reaper autocannons. i also stuck abby in there, but that is not important.
i figured the terminators would be able to absorb tremendous fire and would be a great transport buster in the early stages, and in the later game would be a great unit to charge with. they worked like a charm.
they got a little pinned in by drop pods in the early going, but they managed to shoot the crap out of the dropping sternguard (who elected to run rather than have abby come say hello), wreck two rhinos, and then charge a full tac squad (causing them to run). and i never lost a single terminator. despite all the fancy stuff i fielded, without a doubt it was the terminators who controlled the table and secured the victory.
to put it simply, my opponent couldn't afford to dedicate the necessary fire to take them out due to how many other important targets i had. he was even afraid to charge them with his assault terminators lead by a chaplain. he said that at best he expected to lose his unit and take out about half of mine.
the unit was over 400 points all kitted out with the mark, reapers, 2 combi plasma, 2 combi melta, and a chainfisted champ, but i think it was well worth it. i highly recommend fielding it in higher point games. having abby in there even makes them more dangerous, as no one in his right mind would charge such a unit, and they are a threat at range as well.
I love the smell of promethium in the morning.
I'm kinda surprised no one mentioned the Karmoon-special yet. It works like a charm and works against almost all opponents.
5 Terminators (usually Deep Striking near an Icon)
- 4 Combi-plasma guns
- Heavy flamer + Chainfist
Innovation suffuses this hobby like a tea bag in the boiling water of play.

My favorite Terminator build is 5 Terminators with 4 Lightning Claws, 1 Chainfist, 5 Combi-Plasma's, and a MoS. I find that if this squad gets close to something, it dies a rather horrible death. The only problem is it is expensive so a Land Raider delivery is the only way to really take full advantage of the build. Putting this squad at a whopping 465 points (if I remember correctly). It wreaks havoc on those dark loyalist marines, and pretty much any other unit out there. Even the big mean deathstar ones.

Rep for the Rep God! Positive for the Positive Throne!
Armies: Space Wolves, Imperial Guard, Emperors Children, Necrons, Eldar
...or just any old Oblit squad really...
