    Khornate Lord :realmad:

    Talisman of Burning Blood
    Feel No Pain
    Collar of Khorne
    Mark of Khorne
    Chainfist
    Dreadaxe
    Daemonic Mutation
    Spiky Bitz
    Terminator Armour
    Furious Charge
    Daemonic Essence
    Daemon Fire

    Total: 235!!! :hmm:

Pro: -Good against any type of saves, no defence no armour!! (Take That Shadow Field)
-Strength 9, attack 8, initiative 6 on the charge, literally impossible to stop in CC
-a good chance of Beserker Rage Charge (7"-12")

    Con: -Main enemy focus
    -Really really expensive
-Doesnt really have a good save (5+ Invulnerable??? Ewwww (N) )

If any of you fellow Chaos Brethrens have any suggestions on how I can improve the lord and make it better!! Please Post!!!

For that amount of troops you have one easy way of your opponents getting VP fast.

Try to tone down your lord, have a model that's worth 235pts with "Shoot me" writtten on his face is very appealing to the enemy.

I would take a Berserker Glaive instead of the chainfist and dread axe, it also gives him far more attacks, and his invulnerable save is improved.
Also I don't really see the good points of D. fire, IMO a waste of points that could be spend on better stuff.
Try to give him D. strenght

How have you managed to get Strength 9 at Initiative 6? The only place I can see you doubling Strength is with the Chainfist, and if you do that you don't ignore Invulnerable saves and you will be striking last.

If you use the Dreadaxe, however, you will ignore Inv. saves (but not armour saves), you'll be striking at I6 and S5 on the charge.

You may not combine effects of weapons like that, it's either one or the other, not combining the best bits of both.

How about this for a Lord (this is the same as Lord Randronoth, my army leader - he does well, usually):

    Daemonic Stature
    Mark of Khorne
    Berserker Glaive
    Daemonic Mutation
    D. Strength
    D. Visage
    Rage of Khorne
    Feel no Pain
    Furious Charge
(Personal Icon - for summoning supporting Bloodletters)
    = 186 (196) points

On the charge: 9-11 Attacks, Strength 7, Initiative 6. 3+/4+ save, and Feel no Pain.
All the old Specialist Games resources are currently being uploaded at the Tactical Command forums, and you can find them here: http://www.sg.tacticalwargames.net/fanatic/.

well It has a shoot me sign on it, but waht can kill a 2+ / 4+ invurn / 4+ feel no pain T 6, that can move around 24'' or so inches... HEH

do what anacron did, except add this too!

    Spiky Bits
    D armour
    D resilience
D SPEED = yes 12'' charge is nice

not to be a stickler for the rules and all, but u can not have a chaos lord that costs 235 pts. chaos lords cost 60 pts. plus up to a max of 150 pts of gear. making the most a lord can cost is 210 pts.

Actually weapons, marks, Veteran skills, and psychic abilities don't count towards the wargear max. So you can actually have a lord that is much more expensive than that.

    Krazy Khornate Lord!
That's a pretty vague description...all khornate lords are Krazy!

yeah this is exactly what my question is. i thought everything besides weapons was wargear. this kid who plays nurgle says psychic powers arent either, he called GW...as for marks and stuff, i think they count...

I believe they all count, it does state that daemon weapons count as daemonic gifts but gifts from the gods dont count toward demonic gifts except where it states beside the weapon in the armoury list. They must all count toward the wargear limit, if they werent then it would state this and would not be on the armoury page so going by this 210 points is the highest point score you can have but if someone can prove me wrong and state where it says this in the book im all ears.
