I've got the basic army(2x troops + 1x hq) and I want a heavy support but which should I get a dreadnought or a predator my army is very cc so should I get something differnt or keep the same theme for now

My bet would be a predator, it doesn't cost much, provides good firepower, can be configurated to deal with any threat you might face and it is decent enough armoured
Depends really what legion you have, but as you said its cc based? In that case I would keep with that and get a dread. Give it a lascannon and it can provide almost as much firepower as a predator, and has huge close combat ability to aid your troops. And is just as cheap as a predator. Sometimes cheaper.
Saying that, if your army is cc based you might want some bigger firepower.
Personally, I'd have a dreadnought though.
REMEMBER TO USE MAGNETS. i cant stress this enough. dont limit yourself by putting arms on with a certain weapon you can never get rid of. save yourself huge amounts of money and buy some magnets so you can change the weapon configuration whenever you want.
for the size of your army i would say get a dread.
I would definatly get the dread and get the pred later when ur army is bigger
Peter-"You gonna eat that stapler?"
Office worker-"Uhh sir you cant eat-"
Peter-"Wanna split it?...."
Dread, good support in small games.

What? The dread arms have holes in them, and theres pegs on the sarcophagus. They hold pretty well without any sort of attachment. Unless it's a resin model.REMEMBER TO USE MAGNETS. i cant stress this enough. dont limit yourself by putting arms on with a certain weapon you can never get rid of. save yourself huge amounts of money and buy some magnets so you can change the weapon configuration whenever you want.
That is a valid point though, you dont want to go and glue one weapon on and realise it isnt much use for your style.
