Is Demonic Essence the only way to keep my AC from biting the dust the first time I get and odd # of wounds?
Karnov let all of us fulfil our repressed dreams of being a fat Russian man running around in the great outdoors and getting shot at by weird stone heads and crap. You didn't have a repressed fantasy about doing such marvelous things? Well, I don't believe you . . . [djpretzel]
If I remember correctly, then essence can't be bought for AC.Originally posted by greymeister@Dec 29 2004, 21:23

The rule about multi-wound was and still is to some degree hard to interpret.
It really can't be meant that the AC should die first when the AC in all other armies are safe.
At page 27 in new rules it says:
"When a unit contains several multi-wound models, and those models take wounds, you must remove whole multiple-wound models from the unit[...]"
And I interpret that as the AC is safe as he is not a multiple-wound model. It would be redicolous otherwise.
Try putting Daemonic Aura on him, just in case you get hit by any heavy weapon.
Hmm i would imagine that this would require a little flexability on the side of your opponent, i would talk to him before the battle and see which interpertation he would follow. This would avoid a time consuming conflict. Logic would dicatate that the AC wouldnt just stand around getting plugged while he has this immovable wall of power armor to provide the perfect cover. When a unit contains several multi-wound models, and those models take wounds, you must remove whole multiple-wound models from the unit[...]"
"I am the architect of fate!"
