    I am going to an undead looking theme...

    Would it be acceptable to use wraiths with some greenstuff to add ooze and dripping ichor as a replacement for the Plaguebearers of Nurgle.

    And in place of Chaos Space Marines (bolt pistol with chainsword) use Chaos Warrior (fantasy) armor, skeleton skull (for head), chaos space marine bolt pistol, and fantasy style axe or sword?

    I think he refers to Fantasy Wraiths.
    And yes, you can do that, as long as it's clear what each unit is, and you make your opponents aware of what they are, I say go for it

    Yes Warhammer fantasy wraiths, they look like grim reapers. Those plus some green stuff to give them a dripping ichor / rot look. Probably do the robes in shades of green.

    oh yeah, go for it, its always cool to see an army which has been converted with style.. I play the deathguard myself and have never had more fun building an army good luck
