Would it be legal to use berserkers as standard CSMs, if the CSMs were armed with bolt pistols and a ccw (same as a berserker's armament)? Or would you have to remove the Khorne symbols from the various spots on the berserker's armor (some belts, kneepads, etc)? Just wondering, since they essentially are one and the same, just marked differently.
That would be fine. You don't have to remove the khorne symbols, although it would obviously make sense to, if they will permanently be CSMs. Of course, they can be khorne berzerkers if you just give your lord a Mark of Khorne! This doesn't mean the army has to be world eaters - other units can still have different marks.

I know -- I was just wondering if they could still be regular CSMs. Not everything that comes from a Mark of Khorne is good, especially if you're transporting them in rhinos.
I agree. Rhinos are almost useless in a khorne army.Originally posted by Sithlet@Mar 11 2005, 12:13
