This is my first attempt at any table-top war game. I tried this army with proxies (army men, quarters, etc..) against a friend who also proxied a tyranid army. Try before we buy type thing. It seems like it works, but any advice or if I didnt anything wrong would be helpful. Oh, it won against the tyranid, but he made a lot of mistakes in my eyes.

(moved my army to correct forum, revised it. [thanks tony])

    ARMY LIST

    Thanks for any help.

    Couple of points:

Firstly, remove the points cost from everything or your post will be deleted. Secondly, make sure you post these in the army list forums. Also, you don't need to post the 0 pt things we know models have.

As to your list, it looks pretty good for a first attempt. The immediate thing that pops to mind is that you can't have obliterators in an Emperor's Children list. I noticed your list is a Black Legion Slaanesh list, but I thought it might be pointed out that at the expense of one Obliterator all your ACs become free.

I like the bikes, I have them in one of my 1500pt lists too. Mabye add in one or two more with the points from the Obliterator if you wish to take it out.

Make at least one squad of Noise Marines CC oriented. Give them bp + ccw and a powerfist. That way your DP and daemonettes aren't fighting alone.

And finally, your DP needs revision. He has no Invulnerability save being the biggest problem, meaning guys like IG and Tau can probably kill it on turn 1. I think a DP needs at least Daemonic Aura, Daemonic Resilience and Daemonic Flight/Speed to ensure it can get across the field to lay down some smack. Otherwise I'd go with a Lord.
