    Deamonic Stature

    Hoi.
Now I realise that im a Cadian from birth, and have seen things like this every day, on my birthday my squad let be fire a rocket at a deamonically huge thing, i hit it between the eyes, it exploded, goo went every where and it was my shout that night, but I was wondering if inquisortor models were bigg enough to represent deamonic stature??

Thats one irritating post to read SHANNONISBIG, but if you can find a suitable model to use/convert to a DP then yes, Inquisitor models are plenty big enough.

Yea, but LOTS of converting will be needed. If I were to used them at all in 40k it would be as statues for terrain.

I can't think of anything directly suitable, perhaps the daemonette? I don't know. You would have to do a lot of work on whatever you decided on.
They'd even be too big for statues in most cases. Old lead models on top of wedding cake stands (we have a pretty much endless supply of both here) are great for scenery.

You know, it only says SHOULD be modelled (blah blah, requirements). If you take D-Stature, it doesn't matter how big, so long as it is BIGGER than AVERAGE. (I like caps )

Try using parts from the penitent models and parts from the kroot models if ur going inquisitor though... you could use the space marine power armour too...

It says they have to be at least 10' tall which, roughly, would be about 5/3 the size of a normal marine. It actually isn't that much larger, but those're the requirements.

No no no, read the stature entry:

If you go by that then Inquisitor models would be rediculously large. It all depends on whether you can find a decent model that you can modify properly.

Must? I'm sure it says SHOULD be...

I shall check + edit accordingly!!!

AHA! I was at least partly right: "A model with Daemonic Stature is at least 10' tall, and should always be based on a 40mm diameter base." ... I suppose, yes, it should be big...

I will admit that i got the wording a little wrong, but that may be a good thing. It says the model is at least to feet tall and **SHOULD** always be mounted on a 40mm base. If I recall correctly, 'should' and 'must' are two entirely different words. Wow, how pedantic is that. If anyone could fit a statured model in a standard slottabase they need a medal. But the problem was that would inquisitor models be **too** big? IMO yes but if you can make it work then be my guest. If anyone does do a decent job stick some pics in the gallery.

Just out of interest, what legion/mark would the DP be? That way someone may be able to suggest something suitable.
