If I get one ehwta should I arm it with? If it helps to know I already have a Preditor with TL Lascannon and Heavy Bolters.
it generally depends what army you're collecting.
If its an undivided army, I'd advise getting a Plasma Cannon for it, otherwise i'd get a twin-lascannon.
1st things 1st. It's spelled Dreadnought. Your best bets are lascannons, plasma cannon, or maybe a multi-melta. Depends on your opponent.
As Numberofthebeast said, it depends on your opponent. Dont glue to arms on so you can swich them out whenever you feel like. I have a friend that does this, and as irritating as it can be to build an effective counter for it, it works!
I use magnets on my dread. That way I can tool him up depending on the opponent. You could also use metal pins instead of magnets.
The pegs that are already moulded onto the sarcophagus are plenty enough to hold the arms on. If they aren't to begin with a tiny blob of blue-tac will do it. As everyone else said, it depends on what you're going to be up against. Probably not a multi-melta though numberofthebeastxxx, Dreads tend to be best suited to long-range fire support unless you give it 2 DCCW's.
