What's the best way to deal with grey knights? It seems like even though they respawn at the tables edge, Daemonettes are pretty much useless against them.

Well, no deamons based army. All you need is a shooty sonic Emperor's Childrens(sonic blasters, blastmasters and doom sirens) army and you will be fine. Nothing change in CC, Emperor's Children never had problem in cc.

But you might have the problem that the GKs will tear you to pieces in CC (quite likely, what with 2 S 6 attacks at WS 5) so shoot them. A lot. Like, 'you should always be at least 18" away' shooting them. So they don't kill you. Yes.
But really, good shooting will kill these guys. I know. It happens to me aalll the time... damn Space Marines.

Yes, both are good in CC...
Slaanesh however is far better at shooting than GK, so use that to defeat them. If or when they do get into CC, you will be able to hold your own, but its not going to win the battle for you.
Again... use shooting... like the good justicar said.
I'll definitely try increasing my sound marine numbers. Can't say I care much for the models themselves though. Daemonettes do go first against the Grey Knights, and most things due to the warp scream, but it doesn't help a whole lot in CC.
They might take down one or two GK before the whole daemon squads goes down.

Grey Knights are fearless, if you do engage in combat wiht them, make sure you outnumber them, if you do, you can cause them to take extra wounds for being fearless and outnumbered. However, I'd still avoid combat, your good shooting allows you to get more attacks than if you were in combat.

What's to do?
Terminators are deadly. Pummel them with a Plasma Dreadnought. Mutated hull is a good idea here, because it makes the vehicle safe from Psycannons and Force Halberds.
Regular Knights are still mean in close combat. Sacred Incense nullifies Warp Scream, so we have same initiative. They have better WS, so they hit more often, and they wound alot too. You'll be making lots of saves to say the least. Hidden Powerfists work wonders against them.
Laugh if he takes a purgation squad. Shoot it and you're safe.
