    Sacred number?

Hey I was wondering if I buy a chosen retinue for my lors or lietenant would I be taking five and including the lord for the sacred number of slaanesh or do I have to buy a unit of six and then add the lord?

Characters that the retinue is bought for do NOT count for favoured purposes. So to recieve a free AC for a slaaneshi retinue, you need 6 chosen+lord.

Sure about that? I'm almost positive that the Lord does indeed count towards the sacred number. Only followers don't.

Nope, the lord does not count twoard unit size for purpose of saccrred number. At least that's what I've been told.
There once was a Lord named Vlad,
Who's fighting skillz really were mad.
    He killed and he maimed,
He spilled blood in Khorne's name.
And the fact that he's legal makes me glad
(special thanks to Uriel Zarium for the last line/touching it up)

Page 38, right hand column, second paragraph under "Favored Units". ICs count for retinues, but that's all.

Gah! You're right. Let that one slip, hey. Hmm. Now I'll have to get rid of one of my chosen then. But I love them all so much, they're like children to me.....
