My Nurgle Lord simply wipes units right off the board. Not so great in one on one, but backed up with a leuitenant with a plauge sword and banner and units start dropping like flies.
Lord: MoN, Manreaper, Terminator Armor, D. Strength, D. Essence, D. Mutation, Rot, Frag Grenades

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. You cannot build a lord capable of doing everything, and it's a waste of points to do so. If I knew you were fielding that, I would make my Lord a Slaaneshi prince and kill your Lord on the first round of CC.Originally Posted by Bloodrain
Chaos is tempting. It tempts you to gear out your Lords and Champions with tons of gifts and make them powerhouses - but every advanced player will tell you from experience that a HQ with the bare minimum of gifts to make him effective is the safest bet. Invest the points into more troops - the backbone of your army.
It's no good to have a head able to take blow after blow if you go down with a single sucker punch to the gut.He also can't combine Flight with the Glaive, and the Daemonic Fire is completly wasted.Originally Posted by Addoran

With all these mega point lords flying around, makes me think, truly, how Caluin's comment speaks true.
A nice havoc squad of 4 plasma guns will put a hurt on any of these lords, for almost the same price.
My infiltrating havoc squad is that sucker punch.
I like sucker punch
CHAOS Undiv.: won 14/22 games EC: 4/7 WE: 6/9 DG: 10/15, TS: 3/7 Orks : 13/20 SM NL : 1/6 TAU: 14 of 24 IG: 3/7
obvious that u do but what are u using as a sucker "punch"? type a bit long longer. like i use autocannons infiltrating against vehicles, heavy bolters against eldar, and etc.
omg. i plyes an eldar army about a month ago. i used a havok squad with 4 heavy bolters and geez. i never knew so many figures could die in one round of shooting. by the end of the game, my havoc squad raked up 18 guardians, 2 vypers and 4 wraith guard.Originally Posted by HeraldOfChaos
Mr.Bloodrain, you are sorely trying my patience. You are using poor language, and contractions like 'u' for 'you' and 'D' for 'something'. If you cannot be bothered to post decent, well constructed, well spelt posts, then the moderators and members of this forum are not going to be bothered to be nice to you.Originally Posted by Bloodrain
Its also obvious you have not looked closely at your Army Books, as your lord is illegal in several ways. That makes it just irritating for the members here, to have to correct you.

Ryan Dancey, Vice President of Wizards of the Coast, believed that TSR failed because of "...a near total inability to listen to its customers, hear what they were saying, and make changes to make those customers happy." Are you listening, Games Workshop ?
