Forgive me if this has been asked before (sure it has) but i cuoldn't find the answer in search.
Do aspiring champs pay the unit cost or character cost for veteran skills when you are buying them for a unit? It's just that for something like infiltrate theres a BIG difference between the two.
They aren't IC's so I would guess they pay the squad cost?
A champion is an upgrade to the squad. So he have all the stuff you've paid for the squad + the additionnal stuff you buy for him. For example, a squad of 8 Khorne Berzerkers is equipped with Khornate chainaxe and frag Grenades. Now, you upgrade on model to an Aspiring champion : He is equiped with the Khornate ChainAxe and the frag grenades. You may want to give him more stuff, but you still have to pay the cost for his Khornate chainaxe and his frag grenade. Same is for the veteran skills.
