well i have been playin Wh40k for about 4 years and i have played eldar and tau. but i finally realized the glory that is chaos. i was wondering if there were any word bearer's players out there that could tell me the pro's and con's the army has
you should read the codex.
WordBearers focus mainly on demons and they hav skills which help them summon them, but komek is right better to read the codex.
well actually i have read the codex cuz i own it, sorry if i worded my question wrong or to vaguely. what i was really trying to ask was some tactics on the bearers and maybe wich kind of deamons that people find are the most effective for their points cost
Well, if you want daemons with ranged attacks go for horrors and flamers, daemonettes are excellent at close combat, Plague bearers are easy to get lots hits with (they have daemonic venom), and bloodletters are just plain tough with their axes of khorne and saves. Hope this helps.

My elvish name is Maeglin Meneldur.
Just me tuppence, but I 'm thinking sacrifice an ellite choice, and a fast attack to get more Daemons, and belt a lot of points into Heavy Support to give them covering fire.
Take a squad of Raptors, a Lord and retinue in a Rhino and maybee a small squad of Marines, also in a Rhino, to give you the Icons you need to summon the Daemons.
