I play iron warriors and I want to make either my chaos lord or warsmith have a jetpack so they can join a group of raptors to help with my fast offensive squad.
I understand i can give both of these 'damonic flight' but how do i represent this on the models? Or can i just use them 'as is'? I have no idea how i'd fit a jetpack on my chaos lord.
Also, if i wanted my lord in terminator armour, how do i represent this? do i stick a lords head in a terminator body or is there sumthin special i have to buy? If i want my warsmith in termie armour, is there any way that he can keep his servo arm?
I also would like to replace my lords powerfist with a power weapon (always striking last is gettin me killed) power weapon would fit on a chaos lords body? how would i stick it on?
Thanks for any help received, Ta
Well to start with the main rule is that all the equipment on a charcter should be represented. So unless your dont get your oponents permission it has to have the gear.
Well, fitting a jetpack on shouldn't be that hard, and there are alot to choose from if you check GWs online shop. Or you could use wings from gargoyles, harpies or any other FB monster with wings (though dragon wings are too big).
Well, you could use a simple head swap conversion on a termie champion. you could also use Abaddons or Typhus body as base. For the servo arm i think the easiest way to convert it is to clip it of from a servo arm back pack and pin and glue it to the body of the lord.
Well, use the power weapon from the plastic sprue and clip off the power fist, pin and glue the power weapon into place, fill any gaps with green stuff and there you go.
chaos furies have the right size wings for lords
