I'm a Khorne follower all the way, and we all know how much Khorne and Slaanesh loathe each other. What I want to know is if Slaanesh ever took action against Khorne, or vice versa, which of them would dominate?
Khorne! I'm shocked you would even ask! You call yourself a Khorne follower! Slaanesh is the new kid on the block, couldn't even face nurgle IMO
I know that Khorne would dominate if he took on Slaanesh head to head. But the forces of Khorne were scattered after Kharn's "incident", so could the remaining forces take on the Emperor's children?
Slannish would probably just make Khorne distracted with a hallucination of innocents to slay and stab him in the back when he was off "killing them".
And besides, how often can you say "Blood for the blood god" with a straight face?
The Chaos running theme is that there is an ebb and flow to the powers of the Chaos Gods.
Khorne is the eldest god followed by Tzeentch, then Nurgle and finally Slaanesh the Prince of Chaos.
Generally speaking that is the order of 'power' that they have but in different times different powers dominate. In War it is Khorne, in pestilence Nurgle, in upheaveal and transition it is Tzeentch and the corruption eating at the core of stability and prosperity is the luxury and decadence of Slaanesh.
Consequently the power of the god depends on the sucesses of its followers and in times of war and strife, the contests in the Daemon realms would be bested by the champions of Khorne. In times of plague, famine and dribbly sores then Nurgle would be supreme, When luxury and false idolatory and wanton rudery are important Slaanesh is in the hot seat and when the times they are a' changin' then Tzeentch is top dog.
You answer therefore is a question, "what is happening in the time when you are pitting these gods agin' each other?" Generally Khorne is senior by a long chalk so he would win - but war is not constant at most times so Khorne's power is not infinite and each lewd act (put it away, we all know what you are doing and it makes you go blind you know) makes Slaanesh mightier so who can say.
That is the eternal balance you see? The ultimate victory of one power renders whole swathes of human activity and experience defunct and meaningless so prolly couldn't happen - the final warrior in the universe left -- in balance, inifinite rage feeding the blackened ruddy and horny one but presumably some sort of libido intact as a byproduct of all that testosterone and feeding the power of the pink and horny one. Who can win in that case?
Khorne of course. the very nature of slaanesh make it so he is always the weakest, he overloads power onto just a few champions and daemons while khorne creates legions of warriors. the simple fact is that war is eternal through out this galaxy and also the universe cause remember the warp isnt just restricted to this galaxy so it makes you wonder how many other galaxies are controlled completely by chaos. it can never happen though as the toher 2 gods wouldnt stand by and let Khorne become even more powerful by abasorbing slaanesh's power so theres a sort of uneasy balance going on in the warp.

If the question was 'If Khorne, at his strongest, Fought slaanesh, at his, who would win?' The answer is Khorne.
Slaanesh's power is such that it burns itself out in time. Many blessings he gives to his champions aren't even particularly useful in battle, quite unlike Khorne, who is basically the embodiment of war.

I think Slaanesh is a little confused, and doesn't quite grasp the 'kill or be killed' concept. He's always to busy with making his armour frilly to notice anything else.
Off topic: Does anyone know for certain Slaanesh is a man? I mean, who would check? He/she does act girlly
uhm, a man? he's a god. and i don't really think gods have the same genders as humans do.
