    Black Thousand Sons

Hi I am now starting a thousand sons army after playing space wolves. And I was thinking, would it be cool to paint the thousand sons black armour, with the metal silver and black on their crests? I hate the usual blue and gold colour scheme, too many SM with that colour.. I would paint their groin towel thing would be silver too. I really like that, though what do you think? Also Are there any 1k sons players out there? If so can u give advice.

I have the color schemes, on my next post, SCROLL DOWN A LITTLE.

Sounds like a good color scheme. Almost Black Templar or Iron Guard. But really, if you like it, then go for it.

As far as tactics, try checking the Chaos Article Thread at the top of the Chaos Forum. There, you should find Lord of Change's Thousand Sons Tactica

(btw Caluin, if you're reading this, I think the Chaos Article links are a little faulty)

    Thanks man,

though Im very fond of these other color schemes, black armour and the red/gold armour are the best so far.

I'm a big fan of the fourth one - the black and silver.

No, as I don't have mod powers over there. You'll have to find a Supermod or Supervisor to do it, or do it yourself. You can delete your own threads. Just use the 'Thread Tools' button at the top of the thread and delete it.

The red and gold is quite beautiful, especially if you pick the right red..

Black and silver.. I'm not so sure, I don't think it will be bright enough, unless you can find a way to throw some real colour in there.
