hello, i was just wondering if this model would be legal to use as my deamon prince, by the way i have some converting in mind as well so yeah can someone please help me here thanks
this is the model
That would make an awesome daemon prince (I'm considering getting it!). If you put that on the table I don't think your opponent would say "no thats not big and evil enough". That would be great to use.
Check out my Codex: Farmyard Animals here!
If anyone wants any kind of help writing fluff for any kind of GW army just ask.
Yes, as it's still a GW model.
GW loves creativity, as long as they make mony off it
Its a great model, i was gonna use it as my daemon prince, but i decided not to bother in the end lol.
Hey 7th. I used parts of the bellakor model to convert my own prince up as well, it was an excellent model to work with.
Here's the conversion I did with bellakor. check him out!
good luck with your conversion, I'm looking forward to seeing it!
W/D/L Eleventy trillion billion/NONE/ NONE - I am STILL rulezor!
WINDMILLS DO NOT WORK THAT WAY!
Currently Belakor is my daemon prince. I made a more scenic base in an attempt to make him taller
he is a perfectly legitimate stand in for a daemon price besides the new nurgle one is butt ugly and the old black legion one is soo boring, i don't use dp's anyway but i'm thinking of going to the inquisiter range to find a better looking greater daemon (slaanesh one stinks if i can't find i might use the verminlord) , yeah well my point is so long as it's wysiwyg i know a guy who uses a fantasy dragon
"take my love, take my land, take me to where i cannot stand, i don't care i'm still free you can't take the sky from meee" ;- firefly
"i'm gonna grant you your greatest wish i'm gonna show you a world without sin" ;- serentiy
"I am a leaf on the wind, watch how i soar" ;- serenity
I love that model, was going to use it for my DP before I knew of the 40k specific DPs.
In the codex is says that a damon prince is always at least 10' tall.
Considering a marine is about 7-8' foot tall, then in game terms, that means that he doesn't have to be that much bigger.
I converted a model up, and my friend is convinced i can use it as statured prince, i'm not so sure though. I should probably get a picture of it up and see people's opinions.
Of course, it's nice to have a big chunky model that your opponent can lascannon.
