Hello, i am going to get into emperor's children and i have a couple questions.
1. Blastmasters- they are better when you have multiples of them? is that rite?
2. and if so is it better to have your sound marines have terminator armor? or is it better to just have them regular?
3. And how many blastmasters would you have in a squad of six?
Welcome to the Emperor's Children, the Legion that make pink look good.Hello, i am going to get into emperor's childrenDepends on what you want them to do. You can only field one in a normal CSM squad, and 4 in a havoc squad. 1 in a csm squad can be quite useful for pinning, and a 4-man havoc squad with tankhunters can be quite nasty to light vehicles, but it's probably better to invest in a 4-autocannon with tankhunters squad for that duty.1. Blastmasters- they are better when you have multiples of them? is that rite?Regular Noise Marines (CSM troops) cannot take Terminator armour, only Chosen CSM can. And a 6-man Terminator squad with 4 power weapons, 2 chainfists, 4 sonic blasters and 2 blastmasters can be utterly lethal. The sonic blaster weapon upgrades are much cheaper on models in terminator armour, and so are worth it regardless. The major downside is this unit is highly expensive, and I wouldn't recommend for games smaller than 1500pts.2. and if so is it better to have your sound marines have terminator armor? or is it better to just have them regular?6 normal CSM = 1 blastmaster regardless of squad size. 6 Havocs = maximum of 4 in the squad regardless of squad size.3. And how many blastmasters would you have in a squad of six?
Hive Fleet Fuzzy Bunny: Lots and lots of points of Nids (4000pts+)
The Chapter of the Damned: 5500pts of Dark Angels
The Children of Fulgrim: 5-6000pts of Emperors Children
The Kabal of the Bloodied Claw: 2000pts of Dark Eldar
