I was reading through the Death Guard specific rules in th codex, and it says that CSM can take term. armor if they have the mark of nurgle.
Can anyone relate this to me in game terms?
If terrorists ask you "Do you have a bullet through your head?" say proudly, with dignity, "No, I do not. Go fish."

Do they not become Elite choices?
I thought this was Thousand Sons, I'll have a look when I find my codex. In the mean time, read it again, including the sentences around it. When you see something that sounds awesome, it's probably not true or not quite as great as you thought in context.
Mc's right, I think your getting your Nurgle's confused with your Tzeentch's . Check p59 of the codex.
''It begs the question; why would the emperor permit something quite so dangerous and untamed to exist? And that would be to take down another Space Marine Legion."
OK then I have to ask, can any marine with mark of tzeetch wear terminator armor? Either way, nurlge or tzeetch, it could be rather powerful.
The problem with equipping many models with expensive stuff is of course that you will be outnumbered a lot and a few lucky shots (or bad saves on your part ) can mean that a game is lost.
It is mostly a question of personal taste - some people like to use fewer well equipped models, whereas others like to use more lesser equipped models.
Shut up and play.
Your two wound, 55 point abomination will fall just like his 14 point counterpart to lascannon fire.
An entire terminator army is really fun, but lacks when people figure you out (necrons and tau may wimper a little bit...Orks will have to hide their giggles)
You're mistaken Rook, read the Book of Tzeentch. Units of Rubric Terminators are Elites Choices. Regular Chosen Terminators aren't rubric marines, they're all Sorcerers.
So no, entire Terminator armies aren't possible without having your compulsory troops as daemons. And even then, daemons don't wear terminator armour.
I was refering to Deathwing, but yeah, I should have put that into context.
