A question or two arose in my last game regarding the MoCU. I understand it can reroll a failed tank shock, shooting casualty, and lost close combat tests. It cant reroll failed pysker and target priority checks. However, I could find no reference to man alone tests, is this comsidered a morale test?. Also by that logic, could a daemon squad down to it's last man fail a man alone test and fall back rather than simply die to instability?
Last man standing is kinda odd... in the book, it states Leadership test but it is in the "Morale" section. If it is a leadership test, though, then fearless units lowered to 1 model would have to take it. What then happens if they fail? Fearless units never fall back.
The way our local group interprets the last man standing is as a morale test with no negative for being below half. And if that's the way it goes, then a MoCU can reroll it.
correct so far. Basically every check that is mentioned on pages 47 - 49 of the basic rulebook (the Morale section) can be rerolled.Originally Posted by M'muthyes, you can reroll it. it is a morale check. As described on p. 49.Originally Posted by M'muthNo, demons are affected by instability and never fall back, see p12 of codex:CSM.Originally Posted by M'muth
