of giving my guys inflatration
and sonic blasters so first turn i can unload like all those heavy 3 bolter shots
Do you want to know about the fiction or the actual troops.

troops and stuff tactics or what ever ya know to help out a new slaanesh player
From what I can see about slannesh, they are the most flexiable of the 4 cult legions, with the mark of slannesh not giving any restrictions other then who can take the mark. With this you can really get a strong balance of CC and shooting, which can be seen in the abilty to upgrade to sonic weaponry, while expensive, can be pretty effective way of lightning up the enemy forces for your main cc units. As for the cc units, they are quite good, effectivly In 5, letting them strike first against almost everything but nids and (dark)eldar, letting there strongest defence to be a good offence, for every model you take out of action, you take away valuable enemy offence, and with the favour of slanesh, taking acs in your units shouldn't be too bad, and Id atleast take a unit of 6 to give the ac a power wepon, that extra attack and ignoring saves can go along way in protecting your unit thanks to warp scream. These are just a few pointers from my own point of veiw, hopefully one of the more Emperors Children inclined Chaos players will give you more and hopefully better advice. Good luck in setting the galaxy ablaze
First question is would you sacrifice effectiveness for a themed army? This is because an EC army is weaker than a Slaanesh themed Black Legion list imo.
The thing about Slaanesh lists is that their Daemons are very vulnerable to shooting and the Sonic Blaster Marines are horribly inefficient unless you play against a Horde list with little shooting since they are less efficient than normal BP+CCW CSM in CC and will lose out to AP3 or better heavy lists in shooting.
My favourite Slaanesh themed config is using close combat undivided CSM in Rhinos with Daemonette support. If the opponent allocates hits to the Daemonettes his effective I is reduced by 1 giving both the Daemonettes and the CSM an advantage. If the hits are allocated to the CSM then he's attacking the less deady, more resilient unit. The Rhinos can also shield the Daemonettes from anti-infantry shooting. Best of all they tend to beat most of the anti-marine strats out there.
I play slaanesh and I really like them. they are very flexibal wich is so nice. plus they have good cc and shooty, but never take sh** about them being stupid or anything because they combine sex, rock, and war.
