Can anyone give me a good 1k pt army list? I'm still pretty green at these guys.
It's going to be Slanesh/Nurgle themed. I'd like to keep it mutant heavy(2 squads of 20 sounds good). I'd also like to have 1 squad of CSMs. I only have 1 tank (a predator I'm using as a proxy) so should I go with a bassilisk or a russ? Also, I have 2 aspiring champions, what should I deck them out with?
Help is much appreciated.
There are stack loads of LaTD lists on the forums at the moment. They've all been commented on by really competent players.
Take a look around and think for yourself man!
I would say no one's going to do it for you, but not even that's true. Try posting in Zartas's sticky also. Just remember to say thank you to him.
Ok. Ok, because I'm such a nice guy I'll even give you the links to them:
list1 (LatD 1000pts)
list2 (1000 pts lost and the damned)
list3 (1500pts latd)
So take a look, learn and then take a stab! No one's going to kill you for making a bad list, apart from Lost Nemesis, and even then he'll only do it if he's hungry
See what a nice guy i am? eh?

Things to keep in mind with LatD:
Aspiring Champions are your best HQ.
Obliterators are your best Elite.
Mutants are your best troop.
Furies are your best Fast Attack though Hounds are okay.
Chaos Spawn are awesome.
Tankhunting Chaos Marines are your best ally (after oblits).
Flamers of Tzeentch are your best Daemon. They work VERY well in a LatD army. With mutant mobs you can handle CC well enough so bloodletters and daemonettes are a bit superfluous, these guys add some dakka to your list.
Arch Heretics/Allied Lords are good against Tau (Dark Blade, Infiltrate, Speed = Dead Crisis Suits. Dark Blade, Strength, Combat Drugs (+1 Str) = Instakilled Crisis Suits)
Big Mutants are like even more terrible Ogryns. Don't even bother.
Traitors are somewhat expensive for what they do and melt like butter. Taking lascannons with them is iffy at BS3, I prefer heavy bolter + heavy stubber. Never buy agitators. They don't do anything for you. The only reason you ought to take traitors is to buy Leman Russes or Basilisks. Keep them in small squads of 6 (if you want more, make a new squad. Trust me, it's better this way since they die like nothing).

More things to bear in mind with LaTD
They are an incredibly difficult army to compose correctly.
You may not take Chaos Havocs.
But, you may take Chaos marines with tankhunters - this is what King Comrade was talking about.
Either way, post a list, and you'll get all the assistance you need.
Yup, worthless but still awsome.Big Mutants are like even more terrible Ogryns. Don't even bother. The Hellhound is also quite a tasty FA.Furies are your best Fast Attack though Hounds are okay.Unless they bring a Hound to keep the scum in line.Never buy agitators. They don't do anything for you.
LatD can be built to form a hard as nails list.
But also you can build a mediocre list with tons of coolness.
The best is of course to have both.
With LatD that is also quite possible.
