Another question... can I use this fellow as my chaos lord? I know you can use warhammer fantasy but not lotr, and this is from inquisitor and is made by the same people. He looks so cool!
Games Workshop US Online Store
I've been advocating its use as a Statured Lord (yes, it's 54 mm tall) for ages.
You can use any GamesWorkshop miniature in 40K, so long as he's representing the appropriate wargear and the likes.

rabbit beat me to it. As long as its GW, its free game. Ive even seen someone use a Balrog for a GD, and it was sweet.
but yes, i think he would make a great lord, better than the bread and butter daemons out there.
Ist doch so gut gewürzt und so schön flambiert und so liebevoll auf Porzellan serviert Dazu ein guter Wein und zarter kerzenschein Ja da lass ich mir Zeit Etwas Kultur muss sein.
... only triumph could turn pooing his pants into a good thing..
Awesome I am definitely going to pick this guy up soon. He looks fantastic and can fill the role of my statured lord when I need him, or a regular lord who is extra tall! Too bad it is $30... can't find one on ebay or bartertown either. Any suggestions for cheap retailer?
Oh, and as an odd aside ... if you add up all of his bits ordered separately from the GW online store he actually comes out to be 25 cents cheaper lol ... never seen that before.
In friendly games you could use "any model" your friends are cool with ... now tourneys is another story.
Thought for the day: A Burning Heretic , Will brighten the Decor of any room.
Why can't he be a regular lord? Sure he's a little bigger than the other boys but there isn't anything in the codex that says that a model that is over 10" tall must be a statured prince, or that a model under a certain size is always a regular lord... is it a gamesmanship sort of issue?
