This is mostly just false hope I imagine, But I just wanted to make sure Psychic hoods still worked against models with a Mark of Tzeentch - they always pass psychic tests but do they still take them?
Also, what's up with the last sentence in the description of psychic hoods? does that mean if I thrall to use a power twice? I don't really think so, but the sentence is confusnig and I figure it was worth asking
Thanks in advance

My Sorcerer wants to cast BoC. I automatically pass my psychic test because of the MoT. Your Librarian wants to use his hood against it. We dice for it. UHH You lose. You have another librarian. He can't use his hood against the same power that the previous libi failed on. Power goes off.
I hope that answers your question.
Thralls get you a second use of the same power. Now you start all over again.

WINDMILLS DO NOT WORK THAT WAY!
If you play against psychic hoods, the talisman of tzeentch becomes wonderful as the librarian gets a -1 on his roll to nullify your powers. A must have for Thousand Son armies.
