Hello fellow Chaos Beings,
I wanted to get input on older models. I found a small group of Disk riders of Tzeentch, on the bottom of a box, and was thinking of fielding them, for old times sake. If I plopped them on the table with flying bases and said that they were screamers of Tzeentch, what's the chance someone would roll their eyes and claim WYSIWYG heresy?
The same goes for an old squad of Fiends of Slaanesh. Can they be "played as" mounted demonettes?
Absolutely. For more details on this, see the "counts as" rule.
I'd use the for fun - have them as tzeentch disk riders, and make use of the chosen and armoury sections while we have them >__<
Fiends of Slaanesh might be good for spawns or even Chaos doggies?
Aah.. Chaos used to have so much cool stuff.. *remember Nurgle marine with shuriken catapault on palanquin*.

So long as you can fit them into the list and make sure they're WYSIWYG, there shouldn't be a problem. About half of my tyranid army and my chaos dreadnaught came from the old 'Space Crusade' boxes. So long as it represents what you've payed the points for, you'd be hard pressed to find anybody who'd object.Aye, I've come across classic models in mail order catalogues. So long as you know the code numbers you can get pretty much any old model, if there's sufficient stock left.Originally Posted by Lamenter
