Hurricane bolters are found in the crusader's entry in codex: Armageddon. Personally I think the Crusader is better, it can carry more termies than the regular one, and it's more specialized, whilst the regular land raider is a bit jack of all trades master of none, it doesn't have nough shots to mow down infantry, and it's too expensive to shoot up tanks (something a predator Annihilator is better at btw).

I would rather have a crusader than a land raider any day.
To bad I already have a regular raider.

We can't give out specific rules on the forum like that, and even asking for them is against the forum rules. Hurricane Bolters are basically three twin-linked bolters linked together, on each side, in place of the lascannons of a normal LR. The Crusader also has a few other changes that make it a superior assault transport compared to the LR.

As BorninDarkness said you can find them in Codex:Armageddon or the new Codexpace Marine.
