    Predator Question

I just got the daemon hunters codex (previously played marines, chaos, and necrons) and noticed that it says I can take a space marine predator.

I have a Blood Angels Baal predator already. Since technically they are Space Marines even though they don't come from the Space Marines Codex, can i take the Baal with my daemonhunters?

In the Castle of Pain on a Mountain of Skulls I sat on a Throne of Blood. What was will be, what is will be no more. Now is the season of Evil!

Nope. You can only take the normal Space Marine Predators - if you were allowed to take a Baal, it would specifically say so in the DH codex.

However, if you can get your opponent's permission, you can do anything you want.
