So i got meh BA army where i want it to be..it's nowhere near a full chapter's size but then again it's not supposed to be..it would go against the fluff...anyways I'm on to bigger and better things..my next project is a full chapter..I'm thinkin' a White Scars succesor chapter b/c i came up with some really good fluff for 'em..so my question is..anybody here actualy play whit scars...any advice or whatever would be greatly appreciated..like what do i start with?
Well obviously LOTS of Bikes.
Also Razorbacks, and........ Lots of things, really. Kinda hard to say what you should start with since you're planning to buy a full CHAPTER'S worth.... eventually you'll get it all.
well yeah eventualy..but untill i reach that lofty goal i want to have something i can play with..I'm going to of course have to start out very small..i guess i was mainly wondering if anybody has any expereince playing white scars and has any suggestions as far of what my starting force should look like
well, like in all armies start from the bottom:
first you can take a commander on bikes, and then tow large units of bikers (they are troops for WS)...
the thing i would take next is mybe more bikes (they are REALLY good with the WS) or some land speeders...
I don't think there is a line at which you can draw white scars on. Bikers or transports. You can easily field 2 squads of 7 bikers and two assault tactical squas or two shooty squads etc..It really doesn't matter.
My advice is simple, if you have ever played a space marine army the only thing you have to remember is that our bikes have alot of special rules and are fun to use. With that you can get and do whatever you want to do with your army.
