1)Can they have libs ?
2)i know they have iron fathers does that mean there are no chaplains in the entire chapter ?
3) can you have scouts in a IH army ??
thanks for any feed back much appreciated
Yes, yes, and yes. However, about he Chappys, if you take the Iron Hands traits, than theres nothing stopping you from taking one, just no commanders, that's all.
thanks for the reply so your not allowed captains or commanders ?
also can i have assassins and Grey knights in my army ?

You can as allies, using the restrictions in the Daemonhunters book.
while you "can" take chaplins it really goes heavily against the fluff, however if you were to give him bionics and use a sutible model you could use the chaplin rules and call him an iron father.
PROUD TO BE IN THE BRITISH ARMY.

Well technically the Iron Fathers have dual role of chaplain and techmarine.
Though the Iron Hands revere the Emperor as their creator they do not see him as a God. They do however revere and worship the Machine God who is supposed to be an aspect of the Emperor.
So yes you could use the chaplain rules and give him bionics or as mentioned use the trait that allows you to take techmarines as a HQ.
Basically life sucks, there is only war and you're probably gonna get eaten by Tyranids, have fun.
